Silver, Gold, and Copper
Silver (Ag), gold (Au), and copper (Cu) - the primary metals used in jewelry making.
I pronounce AgAuCu ah-GOW-coo.
When I started AgAuCu on July 29, 2013, all I really wanted was to sell a few pieces of jewelry I had made. But as I delved deeper into crafting jewelry, discovering other artists and their work, and expanding into creating more than only jewelry, I realized that making miniature works of art and sharing them with others is a passion. I do my best to push my limits, which means I frequently create failed projects, but sometimes I will make something that even I step back and admire.
I’m now 13 years into this journey!
FAQ
What is Patreon?
Patreon is a platform for people to support their favorite artists. I have mine set up as a bimonthly subscription service, primarily - you choose if you want earrings, a necklace, or both, and sign up for that tier. You’re charged in the first week of every month, and every two months, you get jewelry! Patreon subscribers get a code for free shipping if they wait to ship any jewelry from my shop with their Patreon jewelry.
Or, you can sign up for the Behind the scenes access tier, which gives you a look… surprise… behind the scenes, plus early access to releases and sales.
I also usually put one Patreon set in my shop for full retail cost.

How often do you update your shop?
I have no solid answer to this. I wish it were once a month!
Do you do holds?
I will hold an item for 1 week.
Do you do layaway?
Sure! Email me at shopagaucu (at) gmail (dot) com to discuss terms. I would rather work with you for a payment plan that works for than sign with predatory lender services.
Do you do customs?
I’ve recently reopened customs! Place a deposit by purchasing my customs listing. You can also purchase a mystery listing for a custom piece where you choose the colors, and I choose the rest.
Do you accept returns?
Situationally - please email me at shopagaucu (at) gmail (dot) com to discuss.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
I repair jewelry I made when possible; the customer must cover shipping, but the repair is free.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Not at the moment. The current political climate (tariffs, unpredictability, etc) has made it too difficult to mail outside of the U.S. without risk to you and me. Jewelry is also a convoluted item to ship, legally.
